I The Greatest Wonder

Of all things big and small
In this wide world of wonders all
The one that awes me most
Is my own survival at any cost

Follies and foibles I commit daily
Yet scrape through them all narrowly
With no skills or talents worth to mention
I survive in this world of clever men

There is no end to the blunders i do
Some unbelievable yet all very true
Getting into the wr4ong bus bus and talking to wrong persons
are but a few among bloomers in dozens

Days are not rare when i carelessly mix
salt with sugar and make tea with mustard seeds
Using oil for for water I make a total mess
In the kitchen of my cooking process

I lose things in sheer forgetfulness
Pens without tops and umbrellas with no handles
Are a common sight in my bag
Though they are not things one can brag

My things can be seen anywhere
My books are scattered everywhere
My keys are always in hiding
There is no proper place for anything

How people bear with me I wonder
Of my muddleheadedness I often ponder
With all vagariers I exist bin this world so beautiful
By God's grace which is so wonderful
